Identify and trace possible heirs

The tracing of the heirs is of fundamental importance whenever it is necessary to identify and trace the heirs who have inheritated the assets and therefore the obligations of the deceased.

It is not possible to disregard the tracing of heirs if one wants to obtain, in a relatively short time and with a good degree of substantiation, the identification of who are the possible heirs, for example, of a deceased debtor, or of a civil liability for compensation for damage and similar cases.
